My competitive edge and organizational skills have helped me accomplish being on the academic honors list for 3 consecutive years. I have excelled at being proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Leadership: Being a server trainer at Cracker Barrel has helped me work on my leadership skills. I have the responsibility to train new servers to create a positive dining experience, communicated the importance of Cracker Barrel culture and policy, and, prepared them to work effectively and efficiently. I help collaborate with our general and assistant managers on various approaches of communication and follow up with servers who need help on specific needs.
